Boxing:Ring Magazine Ratings

The Ring magazine is widely regarded as the greatest authority on the sport of boxing.  In these days of many different bodies awarding world titles it can be difficult to know who actually is the best at each weight. The Ring produces rankings based on the assessment of their writers. If a boxer has defeated a reigning Ring Magazine Champion or wins a fight between the top two ranked boxers at a given weight they receive the accolade of being a Ring magazine world champion.
